Promotion Terms and Conditions – Night ‘n Day

 

1.     Promotion: Entry into and participation in the Nature’s Fresh Win Free Bread for a Year (the Promotion) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Information on how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

2.     Promotion Period: The Promotion commences 30th June 2025 at 12:00am NZT, and will close 27th July 2025 at 11:59pm NZT.

3.     Who can enter? Entry is open to residents of New Zealand, subject to these Terms and Conditions (Eligible Entrant). You are not eligible to enter if you are an employee of the Promoter or its related corporations or agencies, or a member of an employee’s immediate family.

4.     Under 18? If you are under 18 years old at the time of entering, you must obtain the prior permission and consent of your legal parent or guardian. Your parent or guardian must read these Terms and Conditions and may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent. Any Prize will be awarded to the successful entrant’s nominated parent or guardian.

5.     How to enter: to enter the Promotion, you must, during the Promotion Period:

a)    Purchase any Nature’s Fresh product (loaf bread, buns, rolls and muffin splits) from any Night ‘n Day store;

b)    Visit www.naturesfresh.co.nz/win-bread-for-a-year; and

c)     Fully complete and submit the online entry form with the following details: first name, last name, mobile number, email address, store type, store name and upload a scanned copy or photo of the receipt for the Qualifying Purchase.

6.     Receipts: Failure to produce the proof of purchase when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of the Eligible Entry and forfeiture of any Prize. Except as otherwise specified in the ‘How to Enter’ information above, purchase receipts must clearly specify the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entering.

7.     Multiple entries: Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following:

·       Limit of one (1) entry permitted per Qualifying Purchase/receipt;

·       Each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry instructions above.

8.     Your entry: You promise and warrant that all the details submitted with your entry are true and correct.

9.     Receipt of entries: Neither the Promoter nor any other entity associated with this promotion will be responsible for any late, lost, misdirected, corrupted, incomplete or incorrectly submitted entries. Entries are deemed to be submitted at the time of receipt by the Promoter or its agents.

Prize: There are 10 prizes to be won. The total prize pool is valued at $2,028 NZD (RRP).  Each Prize pool consists of:

·       A voucher pack with 52 coupons, each coupon being valid to claim 1 loaf of Nature’s Fresh loaf bread product, which amounts to one loaf of Nature’s Fresh bread per week for a year.  

·       The vouchers can only be redeemed at the store where the product was purchased, as recorded on the receipt of your Qualifying Purchase at the time of entry.

·       Each voucher must be redeemed in store to claim your loaf of Nature’s Fresh.

·       Each voucher may be redeemed at any time during the 12 month period from the date issued to the winner and are not limited to one per week over a 52-week period. Once all 52 vouchers have been used, no further free bread may be claimed, even if all 52 vouchers are used in less than 52 weeks. Any vouchers remaining unused after 12 months of issue will be forfeited.

The promoter is not responsible or liable for replacing misdirected or lost prizes if the winner provides incorrect postage information or misplaces prize vouchers after they have been received. The Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or negotiable.

 

10.  Prize draw: The Prize draw will occur on 1 August 2025 at the Promoter’s head office at 2/8 Nelson Street, Auckland. The 10 winning entries will be randomly drawn from all valid entries received within the Promotion Period. The first 10 valid entries to be drawn will win the Prizes.

 

The draw conductor may draw additional reserve entries in case an invalid entry or entrant is drawn. The winner of a drawn prize is determined by chance.

 

11.  Prize winner notification: Each winner will be contacted by the Promoter using the contact details provided to the Promoter/Agency at the time of submitting the entry and within 5 business days after the relevant draw.    

 

12.  Accepting the Prize: Winners must confirm their acceptance of the Prize within 5 business days of being notified. If a winner does not accept the Prize on or before 8 August 2025, the Prize will be forfeited.

 

13.  Costs: Entrants are responsible for all costs associated with your entry including but not limited to internet access.

 

14.  Promoter’s rights: The Promoter reserves the right to:

·       provide an alternative gift of equal monetary value in the event that a gift or prize or any part of a gift or prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter's control;

·       disallow entries in its absolute discretion;

·       verify the validity of entries and determine the eligibility of entrants (including an entrant's identity) and to disqualify any entry or refuse to award a gift where dishonest or misleading details have been given by an entrant, or where an entrant has behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner, or otherwise than in accordance with these terms and conditions or the spirit of the Promotion;

·       to terminate this promotion or amend any aspect of this promotion (including the gift) without notice at any time in its sole discretion in the event that this promotion or any aspect of this promotion cannot be reasonably conducted as planned;

·       enforce any of its rights at any stage and failure to do so does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

15.  Exclusion: The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is or may be suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is or may be suffered or sustained, in connection with participation in the promotion or accepting any gift or prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

16.  Game of Chance: This Promotion is a Game of Chance, skill plays no part. Each entrant has an equal chance of winning.

17.  Indemnity: As a condition of participating in a promotion, the winner indemnifies the Promoter, all organisers, sponsors and all other persons and organisations associated in any way with that promotion against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal fees on a solicitor and client basis) which the Promoter may incur arising out of the winner’s participation in the promotion and/or participation in a gift or prize, howsoever caused.

18.  Publicity: By entering the draw or accepting a gift or prize you consent to the use of your name, likeness, image or voice in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purposes of the Promotion and promoting any products manufactured, supplied or distributed by the Promoter.

19.  Privacy: The information collected about entrants in the course of the Promotion has been requested to enable the Promoter to conduct the Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (including publicity), and for promotional purposes. 20.  Your personal information: A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out above.

21.  Promoter: The promoter is Goodman Fielder New Zealand Limited (Company No. 1508360) of 2/8 Nelson Street, Auckland 1010 NZ (Promoter). The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the promotion is final and binding on every person who participates, and no correspondence will be entered into.
