NATURE’S FRESH AND THE SPONGEBOB MOVIE SEARCH FOR SQUAREPANTS NATIONAL PROMOTION
Terms and Conditions
1. Promotion: Entry into and participation in the Nature’s Fresh and The SpongeBob Movie Search for the Squarepants National Promotion (the Promotion) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Information on how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Promotion Period: The Promotion commences 27th October 2025 at 12:00am NZT, and will close 8th March 2026 at 11:59pm NZT.
3. Who can enter? Entry is open to residents of New Zealand aged 18 or over, subject to these Terms and Conditions (Eligible Entrant). You are not eligible to enter if you are an employee of the Promoter or its related corporations or agencies, or a member of an employee’s immediate family.
4. How to enter: to enter the Promotion, you must, during the Promotion Period:
a) Purchase any Nature’s Fresh product (loaf bread, buns, rolls and muffin splits) from a participating retailer (any retailer that stocks Nature’s Fresh products during the Promotion Period);
b) Visit www.naturesfresh.co.nz/promo; and
c) Fully complete and submit the online entry form with the following details: first name, last name, mobile number, email address and upload a scanned copy or photo of the receipt for the Qualifying Purchase. If purchase is made from a Dairy that is unable to provide a proof of purchase (store receipt), a photo of your Nature’s Fresh product will qualify for entry, provided that a photo of the purchased Nature’s Fresh product can only be used up to ten times during the promotion period, as proof of purchase.

5. Receipts: Failure to produce the proof of purchase when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of the Eligible Entry and forfeiture of any Prize. Except as otherwise specified in the ‘How to Enter’ information above, purchase receipts must clearly specify the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entering.
6. Multiple entries: Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following:
· Limit of one (1) entry permitted per Qualifying Purchase/receipt;
· Each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry instructions above;
· Maximum of one (1) Movie Prize and one (1) Merch Prize permitted per person.
7. Your entry: You promise and warrant that all the details submitted with your entry are true and correct.
8. Receipt of entries: Neither the Promoter nor any other entity associated with this promotion will be responsible for any late, lost, misdirected, corrupted, incomplete or incorrectly submitted entries. Entries are deemed to be submitted at the time of receipt by the Promoter or its agents.
9. Prizes: There are 701 Prizes to be won, consisting of the Major Prize, 500 Movie Prizes and 200 Merch Prizes (the Movie Prizes and the Merch Prizes are together, “Minor Prizes”). The total Prize pool is valued at up to $63,100 NZD (RRP).
10. Major Prize: The Major Prize is a trip for four (4) people to the Gold Coast, Australia, valued at up to NZD $16,400 depending on date and point of departure (“Major Prize”). The Major Prize includes:
· 4 x return economy airfares from winner’s nearest commercial airport to Coolangatta or Brisbane (depending on available connection);
· 6 days standard care hire (driver must be minimum 25 years with a full licence);
· 5 x nights at the 4.5* Sea World Resort (or similar) in 2 x twin share rooms, with breakfast included;
· Unlimited entry for 4 people, for up to 6 days to the following attractions: Warner Bros. Movie World; SeaWorld; Wet’n’Wild; Paradise Country;
· NZ$1,000 spending money (for winner only) issued by electronic funds transfer to winner’s nominated New Zealand bank account in winner’s name;
· Up to a 6-day Comprehensive travel insurance policy for 4 people with nil excess (65 years and under with no pre-existing medical conditions).
11. Other Incidental expenses of Major Prize excluded: Other expenses the Major Prize winner may incur are not included in the Major Prize. Excluded expenses include (without limitation) additional spending money, meals (except as stated above), taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, transfers, personal items, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs. Major Prize must be taken by 30/03/2027 and is subject to booking and flight availability. Major Prize cannot be taken between 15/12/2026 and 31/01/2027, or during any special Gold Coast event periods. Travel dates must be confirmed within 60 days of the winner notification date and must be made a minimum of 45 days prior to requested departure dates.
12. Conditions of Major Prize: Throughout the Major Prize trip, any participant under 18 years old must be accompanied by a nominated parent or guardian. The winner and their companions are responsible for having valid passports, as well as any required visas, vaccinations, and travel documents. All travellers must depart from and return to the same location and travel together. The Promoter will determine the itinerary at their sole discretion. Should the winner wish to make any changes to confirmed flights or accommodation, they will be responsible for all additional costs. All elements of the Major Prize must be taken together and cannot be split across separate timeframes. The Major Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant Prize and service providers. The winner may be asked to provide a credit card upon hotel check-in. The winner and their companions may need to sign legal documents, such as a release or indemnity form, as determined by the Promoter or prize suppliers. If a companion is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign on their behalf.
13. Unclaimed Prize: If the Major Prize winner does not claim the Major Prize (or part of it) as booked, that portion is forfeited and cannot be exchanged for cash, per the Prize provider’s terms.
14. Unforeseen disruption: If events like war, terrorism, emergencies, pandemics, or other unforeseeable situations occur, the Promoter may cancel, change, or suspend the promotion or Prizes, subject to any relevant regulatory instructions.
15. Minor Prizes: There are 700 Minor Prizes to be won. These include:
· Movie Prizes: 500 x family passes to see the movie THE SPONGEBOB MOVIE SEARCH FOR SQUAREPANTS valued at NZD $31,500. Each family pass is for four and consists to 2 x double movie passes to see THE SPONGEBOB MOVIE: SEARCH FOR SQUAREPANTS (each prize valued at $63). Tickets are valid for any session of this featured movie not previously sold out, excluding Saturdays after 5pm. Valid at any Event cinema, Hoyts, Reading, Berkeley, Rialto and independent cinema showing this film. Ticket not valid for Event Boutique and Premium Seating, Gold Class, Gold Lounge, Reading Premium, Titan XC, Hoyts Lux, VMAX or IMAX cinema.
· Merch Prizes: 200 x SpongeBob themed merchandise pack valued at NZD $15,200 (each valued at NZD $76). Each SpongeBob themed pack comprises of a 14” Zuru Snackle (SpongeBob character chosen at random), a SpongeBob XShot JR Blaster, a promotion themed drink bottle and a Promotion themed Sandwich Box.
16. Prize conditions: All Minor Prizes will be dispatched within 7 days of receipt of contact details from the winner. The Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or negotiable. If a winner fails to claim or redeem a Minor Prize (or part of it) by the specified time, that prize or element of the prize will be forfeited.
17. Prize draws: Seven (7) Prize draws will be held to determine the Prize winners. The Prizes to be determined in each Prize Draw are as indicated below. All Prize draws will be held at 6B Doncaster Street, Airport Oaks, Auckland 2022. The draw conductor may draw additional reserve entries in case an invalid entry or entrant is drawn. The winner of a drawn Prize is determined by chance. For each Prize draw, the number of winning entries indicated below will be randomly drawn from all valid entries received after the start of the Promotion Period any by no later than 11.59pm the day immediately before the date of the relevant Prize Draw. Each Prize draw will take place at 10am on the following dates:
· Prize Draw 1: 24 November 2025 – 125 Minor Prizes drawn (Movie Prizes)
· Prize Draw 2: 1 December 2025 – 125 Minor Prizes drawn (Movie Prizes)
· Prize Draw 3: 8 December 2025 – 125 Minor Prizes drawn (Movie Prizes)
· Prize Draw 4: 15 December 2025 – 125 Minor Prizes drawn (Movie Prizes)
· Prize Draw 5: 26 January 2026 – 50 Minor Prizes drawn (Merch Prizes)
· Prize Draw 6: 23 February 2026 – 50 Minor Prizes drawn (Merch Prizes)
· Prize Draw 7: 9 March 2026 – Major Prize plus 100 Minor Prizes drawn (100 x Merch Prizes).
For each Prize Draw, the first X valid entries to be drawn will win the Prizes to be drawn, where X is the number of Prizes to be drawn in the relevant Prize Draw. The winner of the Major Prize will be the first valid entry drawn in Prize Draw 7, and the next 100 valid entries drawn in Prize Draw 7 will win the Minor Prizes to be drawn in that draw. In the event where:
· there are not enough valid entries during the draw period on the day of a Prize Draw, the remaining number of eligible Prizes will be drawn in the next Prize Draw where there are sufficient valid entries; and
· the Promotional Period ends and there are Prizes that have not been drawn due to insufficient valid entries having been received, then there will be a prize draw from all valid entries from the promotion period and remaining Prizes will be drawn accordingly.
11. Prize winner notification: Each winner will be contacted by the Promoter’s Agency using the contact details provided to the Promoter/Agency at the time of submitting the entry and within 5 business days after the relevant Prize Draw.
12. Costs: Entrants are responsible for all costs associated with your entry including but not limited to internet access. Minor Prize winners must provide accurate delivery details; the Promoter is not responsible for re-delivery costs if incorrect information is supplied.
13. Promoter’s rights: The Promoter reserves the right to:
· provide an alternative gift of equal monetary value in the event that a gift or Prize or any part of a gift or Prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter's control;
· disallow entries in its absolute discretion;
· verify the validity of entries and determine the eligibility of entrants (including an entrant's identity) and to disqualify any entry or refuse to award a gift where dishonest or misleading details have been given by an entrant, or where an entrant has behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner, or otherwise than in accordance with these terms and conditions or the spirit of the Promotion;
· to terminate this promotion or amend any aspect of this promotion (including the gift) without notice at any time in its sole discretion in the event that this promotion or any aspect of this promotion cannot be reasonably conducted as planned;
· enforce any of its rights at any stage and failure to do so does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
14. Exclusion: The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is or may be suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is or may be suffered or sustained, in connection with participation in the promotion or accepting any gift or Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
15. Game of Chance: This Promotion is a Game of Chance, skill plays no part. Each entrant has an equal chance of winning.
16. Indemnity: As a condition of participating in a promotion, the winner indemnifies the Promoter, all organisers, sponsors and all other persons and organisations associated in any way with that promotion against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal fees on a solicitor and client basis) which the Promoter may incur arising out of the winner’s participation in the promotion and/or participation in a gift or Prize, howsoever caused.
17. Publicity: By entering the draw or accepting a gift or Prize you consent to the use of your name, likeness, image or voice in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purposes of the Promotion and promoting any products manufactured, supplied or distributed by the Promoter.
18. Privacy: The information collected about entrants in the course of the Promotion has been requested to enable the Promoter to conduct the Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (including publicity), and for promotional purposes. Entry is conditional on providing the personal information requested by the Promoter at the time of entry. All personal information collected will be in accordance with the Goodman Fielder Privacy Policy which can be found on the Goodman Fielder website: https://goodmanfielder.com/privacy-policy.
19. Your personal information: A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out above.
20. Promoter: The promoter is Goodman Fielder New Zealand Limited (Company No. 1508360) of 2/8 Nelson Street, Auckland 1010 NZ (Promoter). The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the promotion is final and binding on every person who participates, and no correspondence will be entered into.
